At 959 Overland it is our priority to get orders shipped as soon as possible within 1-5 business days from your order. Please note that holidays, weekends, unusual busy times, and holiday sales or other sales may cause a delay in shipping. Please reach out to us at info@959overland.com if you need a product by a certain date, so we can do our best to ship it to you on time. We make no guarantee that any additional delays wont happen caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or any other shipping provider, on weekends, holidays or any unusual busy times.

As soon as a tracking number is available, Shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, etc. may not have a record of your shipment. Depending on the time and day of your purchase, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to process. If no package movement has taken place, please wait 24 hours and try your tracking link again.

Currently, 959 Overland ships products to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. 959 Overland also ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, British Virgin Islands, Macao, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Israel, South Africa, Namibia, and most of Europe, but not to other international locations.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.
