At 959 Overland, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@959overland.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 12231 Academy RD NE UNIT 301, PMB 177, Albuquerque, NM 87111, United States.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you request a return, make sure your request is approved before you send your package.

When Requesting A Return:

Reply to your original order Email, or Email us at info@959overland.com and request a return. Please include the following in your Email:

  • First and Last name
  • Reason(s) for returning your purchase
  • Original order number
  • The Item(s) you wish to return

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within our 14-day return policy.

959 Overland is not responsible for any damage, lost packages, or errors of any kind made to your order while it's under transit. If such errors were to occur, please contact your shipping provider immediately and request investigation. However, if the product(s) you ordered were defective or an error with the product(s) and or shipping was confirmed to be made on our behalf, we will cover return shipping fees.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you wish to exchange, and once the return is accepted and meets the requirements for a return, make a separate purchase for the new item, so the product can be shipped to you faster.

Or, request a return and wait for approval using the return information provided above, and notify us about the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange. If there is a price difference between the item(s) you returned and the item(s) you are choosing for exchange, you will be refunded or charged the difference.


European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Canceling an order:

If you wish to cancel your order, the simplest way is contact us ASAP at info@959overland.com or reply to your original order confirmation Email BEFORE your order has been shipped, at 959overland it takes around 1-5 business days to process an order depending on how busy we are.

Please note that if we have already shipped your order, and you have received the notification that your order was shipped, we can no longer cancel your order; you will have to follow our return rules above to request a return or exchange.
